What types can you store and ship?

Everything from small appliances like blenders, coffee makers, and vacuums to full white goods: refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, and air conditioners up to 150 kg per unit. We also handle the associated spare parts, accessories, and warranty kits in separate WMS locations. If you have a SKU outside that range, we evaluate it case by case before going live.

How do you protect products during shipping?

We use reinforced packaging with molded foam, rigid corner guards, strapping, internal bracing, and double-boxing on the units most sensitive to impact. Each product follows a packaging protocol defined by its category and weight, with handling labels and impact indicators when the product warrants them. The goal is for the unit to withstand the vibration, stacking, and impacts of the highway haul, minimizing transit damage and the heavy-freight returns it brings.

Do you offer installation at destination?

Yes. Our white-glove service includes home delivery with scheduled time-window appointments, a two-person crew for the maneuver, moving the unit to its point of use, basic installation, leveling, packaging removal, and a power-on check in front of the customer. When applicable, we also coordinate haul-away of the old unit. It's available in major metropolitan areas and we expand it to other cities based on your volume.

What's the average delivery time nationwide?

Accepted Answer

In metropolitan areas typical delivery is 2 to 4 business days, and in the rest of the country 4 to 7 business days depending on destination, weight, and whether the shipment needs scheduled white-glove service. Operating from Guadalajara, with access to the Port of Manzanillo and highway corridors to the Bajío, western Mexico, Mexico City, and the northern border, we cover all of Mexico with competitive times. In peak season we protect those times with transport capacity reserved in advance.

How do you handle appliance returns?

We coordinate home pickup of the appliance, hauling it back without making the damage worse, and a documented inspection with photos for the manufacturer's warranty claim. Each unit is graded as resale, refurbished, or write-off and, depending on the case, restocked to the correct inventory or written off. The whole reverse-logistics flow stays visible in real time from our WMS, so you know what can be sold again and no capital sits trapped in unsorted product.

What's the minimum volume?

There's no fixed minimum. We work with brands from around 200 shipments a month to operations with thousands of units, and our elastic capacity in space, labor, and freight lets you grow or absorb seasonal peaks without renegotiating the operation from scratch. If you're just starting, we size the operation to your real volume and scale it with you.

Do you charge by actual or dimensional weight?

For heavy freight, the greater of actual and dimensional weight usually applies, as across the industry, because an appliance takes up a lot of space even when it weighs relatively little. We negotiate volume rates with specialized carriers and pick the optimal carrier by zone and weight so you pay a fair price. We show your estimated cost per shipment before going live, with no surprises on the invoice.

Do you handle spare parts and warranty kits alongside the large products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The WMS separates small SKUs —spare parts, accessories, and warranty kits— from bulky freight, assigning them bin-type locations and an independent cycle count so they don't get misfiled between pallets or lost to shrinkage. That way you fulfill a warranty part with the same speed and accuracy as a large shipment, without slowing the main operation. We also link each spare part to its parent product so your service team finds the right piece immediately.

Do you integrate with my store or marketplace to sync inventory?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We connect with the main e-commerce platforms and marketplaces to sync stock and orders in real time, so you never sell an appliance you no longer have in inventory or stop selling one that's available. The sync updates stock after every receipt, shipment, and return, which is critical in white goods, where an oversell means canceling a bulky, high-ticket order. We also reflect each order's status — picked, shipped, out for white-glove delivery — so your customer has visibility.
